増粘剤、⾹料、着⾊料、⼈⼯⽢味料などの添加物を使わない、⼩さなお⼦様からお年寄りまで安⼼して⾷べられる、素朴な味をお届けします。
Located along the fertile Ariake Sea coast,we craft wholesome ice cream using the rich ingredients of Kumamoto.
Free from thickeners, artificial flavors, colorings, and sweeteners,our simple,
honest flavors can be enjoyed with peace of mind by everyone̶from children to the elderly.
Brand Story
江⼾時代に⼲拓地として整備された天明地区は、平地では稲作のほかナスやトマト・いちごなどの栽培が盛んで、
⼀歩海へ出ると海苔の養殖や漁業が⾏われる、⼀次産業と隣り合わせの町です。
⽇常の中に「⾷」の源が広がっている⾵景を、もっと沢⼭の⼈に知ってもらいたい。
みんなが⼤好きなアイスクリームで、⽣産者や地域の⼈を笑顔にし、
旅の途中で⽴ち寄る⼈々の疲れをふわりとほぐせるような場所になっていきたいと考えます。
For six years, the rice fields outside our window have changed with the seasons,bringing quiet moments of rest.
Each golden field begins with a single seed, carefully sown, grown,and eventually becoming rice that sustains life. In this natural cycle,
we are reminded of the greatness held within one small grain.All things are made of small particles ̶ people, towns, memories, and the future.
With a wish to cherish and gently connect each precious “grain,” we chose this name for our shop.

お店の名前について「粒 ice&books」
この地域に暮らして６年。窓から⾒える⽥園⾵景は、⼀年を通して様々な表情に移り変わっていき、安息の時をもたらしてくれます。 秋にはあたり⼀⾯を⼩⾦に染める稲穂たちですが、はじまりは⼀粒の種。 春先に⼀粒⼀粒丁寧に蒔かれた種が苗となり、⽔⽥に放たれ、束となって育ち、やがて⽣きていくに⽋かせないお⽶となって旅⽴っていく。 ⾃然な営みの中に、⼀粒の偉⼤さを感じずにはいられません。 あらゆるものは⼩さな粒⼦の集合体。モノも、⼈も、町も、記憶も、未来も。 その⼀粒⼀粒を愛おしくつなぎ合わせていくように、お店を営んでいけたらという気持ちで名づけました。
